No, lots of religions baptize people at any age when they are converted to the gospel. Some religions won't baptize people until they are old enough to understand what it means. I know Mormons can't get baptized until at least 8 yrs old because they feel it's a promise to God, and before that you are too young to understand a promise to God.

If you are asking this question and you don't know the answer you clearly do NOT ounderstand baptism. If you are doing it because you "think" it should be done you are doing it for the wrong reason. While some demoninatoins baptise infants many born again christian groups baptise only adults or those that have confessed and obviously know what they are doing. You need to so some serious research.

Simple answer, No.
On a more complex note, depending on which religion you are seeking to be baptized through, there may be certain things you might have to go through before you can be baptized. (i.e. confirmation, etc)
