You may have heard of the terrible twos. Your sister may be in a stage where she can't control herself. Hopefully your parents are parenting her the same way they did you and she will turn out ok.

The hand clapping and the apparent irritability she suffers at this young age might be an indication of Autism. If it is cronic like u apparently mentioned your mom should seek immediate help to have a professional look at her and determine if her behavior is normal or not and get the necessary help.

It sounds that your sister is really a hyperactive kid: lots of energy to spend, a strong need to kinesthetic activities. You should go to a pediatrician and tell him/her about such symptoms. He/she will surely show you the best way to help or deal with your sister's way to be.

She sounds like a happy, energetic child. Keep her active and have fun with her. Kids grow so fast.
