I found one bed bug on my bed no sign of any other. Is it possible to have just one in your house and not an Infestation?

Possible, but pretty unlikely. It's best not to take a bury your head in the sand approach and at the very least start looking around under mattresses, cervices, walls, etc. You really need to call an exterminator if you have an infestation as a do it yourself approach will always miss quite a few considering both how well they can hide in obvious places as well as the more inconspicuous places. An exterminator knows exactly what needs to be done and often can do it in less time than it would take you. It's a fairly involved process, much more than just spraying around a room with an insecticide.

I think there are more of them and they are hard to find. They sleep during the day and active around 5 am in the morning just for 10-15 mins to find blood.
I had bed bug infestation just few months ago and first I didn't see them on my bed but after careful inspection, there were more of them. You have to be REALLY careful when you inspect your bed. They are so tiny and not active much.
If you find them spray with Raid Ant & Roach, they will die instantly.
Buy mattress protector and cover your bed with that, wash your bed sheets and comforter in hot water and dry it hot too.
After that spray the floor around your bed with Raid Ant & Roach (kills on contact). Repeat after a week for at least 2-3 months. This is to make sure that they don't bite you when you're sleeping and to kill those that hide outside your bed.
You can spray the floor around your bedroom wall too and repeat bi-weekly.
Thanks God that they can't fly!!

It is possible; however very unlikely. You should treat it like an infestation. If you are do-it-yourself type person, there are methods you can use. One of the most popular is a natural product called diatomaceous earth. If getting rid of bed bugs is not your thing, call an exterminator.

No, you have an infestation. That guy was pretty comfortable in his home (your bed) to allow you to find him. They can hide behind the head of the screws holding your frame together, in an outlet on the wall, between the carpet and the wall. You need to go to walmart and get zippered mattress covers for your mattress and boxspring and call an exterminator. I found one bug on my mattress when we had our infestation and couldn't find more until I threw away our bed and found a full bed bug city between the boxspring and frame. We treated it ourselves, but it was very costly and time consuming. We moved out for 9 days (animals included), washed and double dried every cloth item in our entire house ($260 and 7hrs at the laundry mat), steam cleaned every floor ($75), sprayed every inch of our house in bed bug spray ($120/1hr), then cleaned every surface in the house ($15/ 3hrs), drenched every inch in Rubbing alcohol ($30/1hr) and continued to treat with alcohol and steam for 18mo ($150/ countless hours). A professional exterminator costs $400-800 and you'll only need to be out of the house 3-8hrs.

When did you find it? Those suckers are especially good at hiding during the day. It seems to be extremely unlikely you would have just one unfortunately.
