She is almost 3 years old. Full of energy. Always on the go. Never naps. Very inquisitive and determined but not anti-social or unduly aggressive.

find some activity to wear her out. My son does that too. We go to the park or having running games. Something to wear them out.

First: Don't fall so easily into that "H" word our society is so fond of.
Second: Thank God for this intelligent, energetic child and ask for the wisdom to direct it without breaking her.
Third: Try to remember that parenthood is THE most important role you will ever have in life. Read, pray, continue asking questions like this that show how much your care.
Fourth: Education, education, education. For her AND for you. Study your job, honey...and keep projects before that scrappy lil' angel that challenge and interest her.
It's a big job...that's why it is the MOST important job in the whole entire world. God has blessed you......my daughter was robbed of being a parent and would love to be in your shoes.
My prayers will be with you.

Toddlers are energetic, and it sounds like you've got a busy one. Make sure you incorporate a little bit of quiet time for her each day, where she may sit in her room or in her bed and read books or play quietly. Use this time (maybe 20 min to a half hour) to recharge yourself. It's hard for us adults to keep up with busy little guys and gals without a breather. It is also important for toddlers as well to have some down time, if they are allowed to go go go they can get cranky.

go nuts and play...throw her down tickle her till she cant stand it ..run around outside invent games that exert energy. I love toddlers thats the best stage in development for a parent to enjoy

That's normal for a 2 year old, just try your best to keep up :)
